How do they use it?
They add hats to their cart and type the code in the Gift card box at checkout. It pays for hats, shipping and tax, and anything left stays on the card for next time.
Does it expire? Are there fees?
Never, and no. The full amount is theirs until it's spent.
Can Hat Club members use it?
Yes — members keep their member price on hats and pay what's left with the gift card.
What if it went to the wrong email?
Contact us with your order number. We'll send it to the right address with a new code, and the old code stops working.
Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?
No — gift cards are for hats (plus shipping and tax). They also can't be used for the Hat Club membership fee or turned into cash, except where the law requires.
