What do I get each month?
$10 in hat credit you can spend on any hat in the shop (your first $10 is there the moment you join), half off up to 4 hats a month, 10% back in credit on what you spend on hats, and first pick of new drops.
What if I don't need a hat this month?
Your credit rolls over and never expires. It even stays on your account if you cancel — it's store credit for hats, not cash.
How do I cancel?
Anytime from your Account page — no calls, no forms. You won't be charged again, your perks last through the month you've already paid for, and your credit stays on your account. Need a break instead? You can pause for 1–3 months.
Is there a limit on half-off hats?
Member prices cover up to 4 hats each billing month. Any more in the same month are regular price — and you still earn 10% back on them.
How do rewards work?
You earn 10% of what you pay for hats as Hat Club credit. It lands 14 days after your order ships. Shipping, tax, and hats paid with credit don't earn rewards, and a returned hat takes its reward back.
When am I charged?
$10 when you join, then on the same day each month until you cancel. Full details are in the Hat Club terms.
